Banowetz 40 anniversary sale

Arts council in Excelsior Springs

The Downtown Excelsior Partnership (DEP) in Excelsior Springs, MO has announced the formation of the Art Development Council. Consisting of artists and community leaders, the council's goal is to promote the development of the arts in downtown Excelsior Springs as part of the further development of the Hall of Waters Historic District.
"Over the past three years the organization (Downtown Excelsior Partnership) has established Gallery 105 — a joint venture with the Excelsior Springs Museum and Archives — coordinated Second Friday Art Crawls and has had art booths at the Wine and Jazzfest, all displaying the artwork of local/regional artists," said Ginger Nelson, president of the DEP.
