Bingham-Waggoner featured in upcoming book

The historic Bingham-Waggoner Estate and Vaile Mansion in Independence, MO have been chosen to be included in Volume I of "Christmas at Historic Houses," published by Schiffer Publishing for release Nov. 29. Bingham-Waggoner and Vaile join 28 other nationally known landmarks such as the Biltmore, Mount Vernon, Colonial Williamsburg, Thomas Jefferson's beloved Monticello and the White House. Vaile's exterior is included on the front cover of the book.

"Christmas at Historic Houses" shares holiday customs and traditions with roots from both Europe and America, and brings history to life with special decorations.
